I'm a full-time, full-service real estate broker. My clients include: sellers; first-time homebuyers; buyer & seller relocation; active duty military; veterans; investors; builders; and financial institutions with foreclosure properties.
In 2001, I relocated from Nova Scotia, Canada to Havelock, NC as a marine corps wife. I currently live in New Bern with my husband, Marston Crawford, daughter, Audrey and two rescue pets.
I graduated from Mount Saint Vincent University with a Bachelor of Arts and then completed post-graduate studies in Human Resources. I attended East Carolina University and have a NC Teacher's License. I am passionate about renovating, reusing and repurposing everything from household items to real estate. In 2006, I bought my first home and discovered I am addicted to houses. I've bought and renovated foreclosure properties. I own and manage both long-term rental and vacation rental properties. Becoming a Realtor was an easy transition that combined my interests, education and work experience.
I am a NC State Certified Beekeeper. I am Past President of the Craven-Pamlico Beekeepers Association. I am an active member of the New Bern Shrine Club and I volunteer at Public Radio East.

Katie is a graduate of Manhattan College with a BS degree in Finance. She worked as a SAP Business Analyst in the IT department of CA, Inc. and then at Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City. She is also an accomplished trumpeter and the "technical" driving force behind Celebrate New Bern Homes' business.
Pat was a successful classical musician in New York City for over 35 years. He played trumpet with New York's finest ensembles, toured, and recorded throughout North America and abroad. He also ran his own music business on Long Island. His family was in the real estate business along the South Shore of Long Island therefore he was immersed in the inner workings of real estate for over 20 years at the hands of his brother and sister.
We still play concerts together in New Bern with our brass ensemble Celebrations Brass. In our spare time we enjoy sailing, watching movies, driving our vintage sports car on the back roads of North Carolina, and getting together with friends!
